We package every order with the same care you’d give to fine woodwork. Router bits are securely wrapped in protective materials, and fragile items are specially boxed to prevent transit damage. Larger orders are shipped in reinforced boxes with internal padding.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all protective coverings intact. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.

In the rare event of transit damage, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you – because we stand behind our products just as we stand behind our delivery promise.

All our router cutters are covered against manufacturing defects. Normal wear from use isn’t covered, but our premium carbide-tipped bits are built to last through countless projects when used properly.
